Which tier fits your business?

Answer three quick questions. We'll highlight a starting point — the assessment confirms it.

Suggested starting point
iNeo

Your size usually means branches, outlets or systems that need to talk to each other.

Confirm in an assessment

Suitability ranges are indicative annual turnover and total workforce, not eligibility or user limits. Operational scope, integrations and data readiness take priority; the ranges deliberately overlap. Prices and final scope are agreed in the proposal.

Data and integration boundaries
INTEGRATIONS

Neo ERP does not include external business-system integrations, banking APIs, Tally synchronization, POS connections or other third-party data connections. Email notifications use an agreed sending service. These systems can be integrated on requirement, at an additional cost based on the scope of integration.

HISTORICAL DATA

Historical transaction migration and pre-go-live analysis are excluded. Essential setup — employee and vendor masters, opening stock and account opening balances — is included. Reporting history builds from go-live.

PLANNING

Forecasting, budgeting and planning engines are excluded. Customization is limited to the agreed workflows and reports.

Future expense or revenue forecasts are outside this tier — see NeoX.
Tier 2 · Connect and automate

iNeo — Integrated ERP

Connect business systems, automate cross-functional workflows and get centralized management visibility. Includes all Neo ERP capabilities.

Indicative price₹7–12 lakh

External integrations

A defined integration allowance is agreed in the proposal — for example, up to three standard third-party integrations. Additional or complex connectors are scoped separately.

This tier focuses on historical reporting and current control. Statistical forecasting and advanced scenario planning are reserved for NeoX.
Tier 3 · Analyse, forecast and plan

NeoX — Planning & Forecasting

Use historical business data to analyse trends, forecast likely outcomes and support structured management planning. Includes all iNeo capabilities, with multiple external connections and deeper analytical models defined in the proposal.

Indicative price₹15–20+ lakh

Historical analytics

Several years of available information can be migrated from accounting software, ERP, POS, CRM, spreadsheets, inventory applications and banking records — then mapped, normalized and reconciled for the agreed reporting model.

RevenueGrowth, seasonality, branch and customer performance, customer concentration, product or category trends.
ExpensesCost trends, recurring expenses, department spending, supplier trends, cost inflation and budget variance.
InventoryConsumption, turnover, stock ageing, dead stock, stock-outs and reorder patterns.
OperationsSLA performance, task completion, site performance, manpower utilization and productivity.
Statistical forecasting
Revenue

Estimate future sales using observed trends and recurring seasonal patterns.

Expenses

Project payroll, utilities, procurement, rent, materials and operating costs using historical patterns and known commitments.

Inventory

Estimate consumption and support purchase recommendations using stock, safety stock and agreed lead-time assumptions.

Cash flow

Project 30, 60 and 90-day cash positions using receivables, expected collections, payables, payroll, recurring costs and planned purchases.

Try it: inventory requirement

Change the numbers — the requirement recalculates the way NeoX does, before adjusting for incoming orders and lead times.

Transparent forecasting methods

Models are selected for the business question, horizon and data quality. Every forecast shows its method, assumptions and — where supported — an uncertainty range.

Moving averagesWeighted moving averagesExponential smoothingTrend extrapolationLinear / multiple regressionSeasonal indicesTime-series decompositionARIMA / SARIMACAGR & run-rate

Historical testing compares model estimates with actual results before forecasts are used for decisions. Accuracy depends on data quality, horizon and business conditions — no fixed accuracy level is implied.

Forecast vs plan vs actual

Forecasts are estimated outcomes; plans are management targets. NeoX compares forecast, plan and actual over consistent periods.

ERP in action

Three businesses. Three different systems.

Turnover alone never decided the system — their transactions, locations and controls did.

Industrial Manufacturing

Industrial Manufacturer

₹140 Cr · 3 plants
25 → 6 days

month-end close, with all three plants on one ERP in 12 weeks.

  • BOM, routing & job costing for every product line
  • Plant-wise cost centres & approval workflows
  • Inventory variance below 1%
“An ERP is only as good as the process behind it. We design the finance and costing logic first.”
Food & Beverage

Multi-outlet F&B Brand

14 outlets + central kitchen
36% → 31.5%

food cost, with daily outlet-wise P&L for the first time.

  • Recipe-level costing & standard yields
  • POS integrated with inventory
  • Central-kitchen indenting, batch & expiry tracking
“In F&B, margin leaks daily. Monthly reports arrive too late to act on.”
Trading & Distribution

Multi-brand Distributor

2,000+ SKUs · 3 warehouses
₹2.3 Cr

overdue receivables recovered after credit controls went live.

  • Automatic credit-limit & overdue blocks
  • E-invoicing, e-way bill & GST reconciliation
  • Stock accuracy up to 99%
“For a trader, the ERP is the credit policy. Controls belong in the workflow.”
