Neo ERP
- Accounting, inventory, HR & expenses
- Approvals, reminders & task tracking
- Standard MIS from go-live
Moving off Excel, WhatsApp & paper
An ERP from a consulting firm. We start with your business — not a product demo — and stay until your team uses the system every day.
Three ERP offerings that integrate finance, people, inventory and operations. Choose Neo ERP to digitize daily work, iNeo to connect external systems, or NeoX to add historical analytics, statistical forecasting and management planning.
Answer three quick questions. We'll highlight a starting point — the assessment confirms it.
Your size usually means branches, outlets or systems that need to talk to each other.
Confirm in an assessmentSuitability ranges are indicative annual turnover and total workforce, not eligibility or user limits. Operational scope, integrations and data readiness take priority; the ranges deliberately overlap. Prices and final scope are agreed in the proposal.

Core business modules
Includes Neo ERP capabilities, plus integrations and history
Includes iNeo capabilities and adds statistical forecasting and structured planning
Digitize and standardize day-to-day business operations. Built for businesses moving from Excel, WhatsApp, paper records and disconnected tools into one shared system.
Record transactions and manage receivables, payables and financial reporting within the agreed accounting scope.
Expense submission, approval, reimbursement tracking, vendor records and purchase-related workflows.
Stock records, inward and outward movements, transfers, adjustments and opening stock.
Employee records, attendance, leave and agreed HR workflows.
Operational records, task assignment, deadlines, status tracking and overdue follow-up.
Internal approvals, automated email notifications and reminders.
Role-based access, audit logs and standard management information reports.
Neo ERP does not include external business-system integrations, banking APIs, Tally synchronization, POS connections or other third-party data connections. Email notifications use an agreed sending service. These systems can be integrated on requirement, at an additional cost based on the scope of integration.
Historical transaction migration and pre-go-live analysis are excluded. Essential setup — employee and vendor masters, opening stock and account opening balances — is included. Reporting history builds from go-live.
Forecasting, budgeting and planning engines are excluded. Customization is limited to the agreed workflows and reports.
Connect business systems, automate cross-functional workflows and get centralized management visibility. Includes all Neo ERP capabilities.
A defined integration allowance is agreed in the proposal — for example, up to three standard third-party integrations. Additional or complex connectors are scoped separately.
Subject to available APIs and provider access approval.
Typically 12–18 months of agreed sales, revenue, expense, purchase, inventory and vendor transactions. Data sources, volumes, formats and clean-up are defined before migration.
Basic department or branch budgets, sales targets, expense limits and actual-versus-budget reporting are included where scoped. The moment spending crosses its limit, you see it.
Use historical business data to analyse trends, forecast likely outcomes and support structured management planning. Includes all iNeo capabilities, with multiple external connections and deeper analytical models defined in the proposal.
Several years of available information can be migrated from accounting software, ERP, POS, CRM, spreadsheets, inventory applications and banking records — then mapped, normalized and reconciled for the agreed reporting model.
| Revenue | Growth, seasonality, branch and customer performance, customer concentration, product or category trends. |
| Expenses | Cost trends, recurring expenses, department spending, supplier trends, cost inflation and budget variance. |
| Inventory | Consumption, turnover, stock ageing, dead stock, stock-outs and reorder patterns. |
| Operations | SLA performance, task completion, site performance, manpower utilization and productivity. |
Estimate future sales using observed trends and recurring seasonal patterns.
Project payroll, utilities, procurement, rent, materials and operating costs using historical patterns and known commitments.
Estimate consumption and support purchase recommendations using stock, safety stock and agreed lead-time assumptions.
Project 30, 60 and 90-day cash positions using receivables, expected collections, payables, payroll, recurring costs and planned purchases.
Change the numbers — the requirement recalculates the way NeoX does, before adjusting for incoming orders and lead times.
Models are selected for the business question, horizon and data quality. Every forecast shows its method, assumptions and — where supported — an uncertainty range.
Historical testing compares model estimates with actual results before forecasts are used for decisions. Accuracy depends on data quality, horizon and business conditions — no fixed accuracy level is implied.
Forecasts are estimated outcomes; plans are management targets. NeoX compares forecast, plan and actual over consistent periods.
Illustrative annual revenue measure.
Test assumptions such as revenue growth, salary inflation, material costs and collections timing. The model recalculates profit and cash requirement instantly. Illustrative ₹50 Cr business.

Turnover alone never decided the system — their transactions, locations and controls did.

Turnover alone does not tell us what system a business needs. Its transactions, locations and controls do.
